​Each Finch & Thimble piece is handmade to order, using unique dried and faux florals. I want you to love your purchase, so please contact me right away if there’s any issue.

Returns:

• Custom or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

• Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

• Please contact me before returning any items so I can assist with the process.

Refunds:
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll confirm approval and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours of delivery so I can help quickly.

By purchasing from Finch & Thimble, you agree to the following:

• All items are handmade, so slight variations in colour, size, and texture are natural and part of their charm.

• Prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice.

• Full payment (or deposit, where agreed) is required before work begins.

• Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date if available.

• Finch & Thimble is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or delivery couriers.
